But when we continue to train as if we are novices, our skills become like the rings in a tree, ever growing and reinforcing its strengths as it grows older, but stronger. I am a Taekwondo Grand Master. I am proud of my achievements. I strive to achieve more every day with every practice. I am my students’ best example, and as a master, you must be the best example as well."
