I have been in Martial Arts since the age of 6 years old. I have studied a variety of martial arts and physical training throughout my life. It is a joy to be able to train with my family and I currently train with my wife Rachel (blue belt), son Jon (1st Poom Black Belt), and soon daughter Nicole. It is an important part of the experience I had as a child and I have carried that over into my adulthood. I am a proud Assistant Instructor to Grand Master Kim, Jin Young.
